This is the star ingredient of the Korean noodle recipe: gochujang is rich, sweet and savory. I have a hack to DIY it if you can't get it.
1. You'll need to sauté the garlic and onion BUT if in a rush you can skip it as gochujang has enough flavor!
2. Add the gochujang paste to the pan
3. Pour in the cream (OR milk)
4. Add the pasta water and stir in the cooked pasta.
