🍪 Ingredients
You will only need a few simple ingredients for this Thai granola:
- 3.5 Cups of oats
- ½ Cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- ⅓ Cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 1.5 Tablespoons of Thai red curry paste
- 1.5 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔪 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix the garlic powder, chia seeds and sugar well
- Mix the oats, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds then pour in the spice mixture from Step 1.
- Stir the curry paste, dark soy sauce, and olive oil till well mixed.
- Combine with the oats mixture from Step 2.
- Bake at 350F/177C / 157C fan for 25-30 minutes. You must check on it from the 20 minute mark as it becomes overbooked more quickly than a sweet granola.
Sprinkle it on salads or a charred tomato and yoghurt appetiser.

Store in a airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 2 weeks.
