    I love noodles- below are some of my favourites, from dry noodles to noodle soup.

    Spicy Thai Noodles (Pad Kee Mao)

    One of my favorite ways to use up a can of tuna, this spicy spaghetti is an easy take on Pad Kee Mao (but I have an authentic version below too.

    Easy Drunken Noodles Recipe (Spaghetti)
    This easy Drunken Noodles recipe, also known as Drunkard Noodles recipe (Pad Kee Mao), uses readily available ingredients, such as spaghetti and canned tuna, but also shares the steps and ingredients to make an authentic version. It's a deliciously quick weeknight dinner, on the dinner table in under 30 minutes! (Despite the name, there is no alcohol in the recipe- the spicy noodles do taste amazing with a cold beer though!)

    Chinese Garlic Noodles

    This easy Spicy Garlic Noodles recipe tastes even better than instant chicken ramen Budak noodles or lo mein! Serve it plain or with an egg. So quick to make, it's on the dinner table in 10 minutes- the prefect Asian comfort food.

    Pad Kee Mao

    Authentic Drunken Noodles Recipe (Pad Kee Mao)
    This is an Authentic Drunken Noodles recipe, also known as Pad Kee Mao or Drunkard Noodles, that is on the table in 20 minutes, perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner! I show you how to make it with fresh and dried rice noodles. (If you can't take spice, I have tips on how to make this Thai food dish less spicy.)

    Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli

    You can make the bihun goreng vegan by leaving out the egg and using vegetarian oyster sauce.

    This is a popular Singaporean breakfast.

    Singapore Fried Vermicelli (Bihun Goreng)
    Singapore Fried Vermicelli, also known as Bihun Goreng, is delicious, easy to cook and quick to make in under 30 minutes. Using only simple ingredients (no chicken broth needed), it's a complete meal in itself. It's also cheap enough that some hawker centres (street food stalls) in Singapore sell it for only S$2/ US$1.50!

    Malaysian Mee Siam Noodles

    This popular South East Asian noodle dish is a bit sweet, a bit spicy, and altogether delicious!

    There's a soup version (recipe below) and a dry version- the soup is more popular in Singapore whilst the stir fried version is more popular in Malaysia.
