This easy Caramel Latte Iced Coffee Recipe is Starbucks inspired. A quick and easy homemade drink to make at home with instant coffee or espresso, it is delicious warm in fall and winter or iced in summer.

🥘 Ingredients
You wil only need a few simple ingredients for this Starbucks copycat latte:
- 2-3 T caramel syrup: the recipe only needs 2 Tablespoons but if you want a pretty drink, you'll need an extra tablespoon to coat the sides of the cup. (The drink will be a tad sweeter in this case, so I recommend making the coffee slightly stronger to balance the taste.)
- ½ Cup strong coffee (you can use instant coffee) or 2 shots of espresso
- ½ C whole milk: you can use a different milk if you like but I prefer the creaminess of whole milk
- 1 C ice cubes
- Whipped cream, optional
📖 Variations & Substitutes
- Vegan Caramel Latte: Use a dairy-milk alternative such as oat milk or almond milk paired with this vegan coconut caramel
🔪 Step-by-Step Instructions

- If you want a pretty latte, make sure you use a clear glass mug. Smear 1.5 Tablespoons of the caramel syrup around the edges of the cup. (If not skip this step.)
- In a different cup, mix the milk and remaining 1.5 Tablespoons of caramel syrup. (If not making a pretty latte, you'll be mixing the milk with 2 Tablespoons of syrup here.)
- Fill the cup with ice cubes and pour the milk mixture into it, followed by the coffee.
- Optional: top with whipped cream, followed by another drizzle of caramel syrup.
