Easy Korean Drinks Recipes you can make at home for Lunar New Year, family dinner, or a home cafe experience- from strawberry milk (you can add matcha if you like) to plum wine and rice wine (makgeolli).

In South Korea, the cafe experience is on another level- here are some easy homemade Korean drinks to help you recreate it at home. (Don't forget to serve them with these easy Korean recipes!)
Sesame Latte

This Korean latte is very popular thanks to its beautiful black and white pattern. Best made with homemade sesame paste.

Korean Plum Tea (매실차)

One of my favorite Korean drinks, Maesil Cha is a non-caffeinated tea made from plum syrup (Muesli Cheong), which I show you how to make in the next post. (You can also buy the syrup (from a Korean supermarket) if you don't have the patience to DIY, as it will take some month to be ready.)

Bori-cha 보리차

This 2 ingredient drink is served for free at many restaurants in South Korea- it's very cooling and the perfect summer drink. (Outside of Korea, you usually have to pay for it in Korean restaurants!)

Tangerine Cheong

Similar to Plum Syrup, this Tangerine Syrup can be easily made into a delicious drink- just mix with water!
If you prefer something alcoholic, you can also add it to cocktails and the like.

Makgeolli
