Iced White Chocolate Mocha

Nothing beats an iced drink in summertime!

Iced Guava Black Tea

Caramel Latte

Hojicha Latte

This creamy drink is a good choice for days when you want something thicker!

Vanilla Matcha Latte

I was surprised by how well these 2 popular flavors go together- vanilla adds a warm sweetness to earthy matcha green tea, which reduces the amount of sugar or honey you need to add.
Definitely a plus! Serve with some matcha cream cheese cake on the side, for extra green tea flavor.
Tip: Having homemade matcha simple syrup in the fridge will speed up making this latte! It also goes very well with this Royce Chocolate Inspired Green Tea Chocolate

Pineapple Matcha Latte
These Starbucks fruit drinks are fun and fresh, to go with the warming weather.
Nothing says summer drinks better than pineapples, strawberries, and blueberries!

This is one of the healthiest Starbucks drinks you can make at home- the pineapple is so sweet, you don't need to add sugar!
If you want to make this often, I suggest prepping some spiced pineapple ginger simple syrup first!

Strawberry

There's nothing like strawberries to remind you of spring (or summer actually.)
I use homemade strawberry puree here, but you can also use strawberry jam- you will need more milk as jam is thicker, and remember to add less sugar!

Oat Milk (Vegan)

If you want to save on a bamboo whisk, you can try the method of shaking the matcha powder vigorously in a (tightly closed) Mason Jar. (Matcha doesn't dissolve in water- the whisking produces a suspension instead.)
Shaking is not fool-proof though: look at the glass of chai green tea drink below- you can see a few clumps of the Japanese green powder.

Chai

Homemade Chai Syrup is great for this recipe!

Blueberry Matcha

If you're having this for tea, why not add some homemade matcha mochi muffins?

Expert Tips
Tip #1: Matcha powder clumps easily, so for best results (for a smooth drink), sieve the powder first.
